BOOTH   FARMS   COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

    Welcome to the website for Booth Farms Community Association, Inc in Firestone, CO.  This website is designed to distribute information regarding the ongoing business of the Association, along with a repository for documents of the Association. 

The Booth Farms community was originally split into two separate associations, with one HOA for Filing 1 (Sunridge HOA) and a second HOA for Filing 2 (Westview HOA).  Effective July 1, 2008, the two separate HOA's successfully merged into a single association (Booth Farms Community Association).  Filing 1 consists of 137 lots, and Filing 2 consists of 166 lots, for a combined total of 303 total units.

MONTHLY BOARD MEETINGS: Regular monthly meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm at the Carbon Valley Regional Library.  All homeowners and residents are encouraged to attend. The next meeting will be held Monday January 17 at 7:00pm at the Carbon Valley Regional Library.  All homeowners are welcome to attend. 

Semi Annual Assessment Statements were sent out to all homeowners on December 15, 2011.  New Payment Options are available for the payment of your HOA Dues, including payment via credit card.  Please CLICK HERE to review the new payment options  that are available.
